If changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If changes are made after 24 hours, 50% of the service booked is required before booking your next appointment. A no-call, no-show will result in 100% of the scheduled appointment being charged to the card on file. Every appointment booked must have a card on file. I ask that you let me know if you are running late to your appointment. If more than 15 minutes late, I may not have time for full scheduled service.
